Board Member: Larry Lindner
Larry Lindner is a co-founder and currently Vice President of Saving Baby Equine Charity. He co-authored the memoir of Jo Anne Normile entitled Saving Baby – How One Woman’s Love for a Racehorse Led to Her Redemption. Their book has received outstanding reviews, was selected by Reader’s Digest as a monthly featured book and has five stars on Amazon. It is available in hard cover, paperback, all form of ebook and audio. A portion of the book's sales helps fund Saving Baby Equine Charity.
Larry is a collaborating author whose books have ended up on best-seller lists in The New York Times, Amazon, and Barnes & Noble. Among his titles: Fighting Weight, with Muhammad Ali’s daughter, Khaliah Ali; Messenger, with Mattie Stepanek’s mother, Jeni Stepanek; Good Old Dog and Puppy’s First Steps, both with the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University; and Strong Women and Men Beat Arthritis, with exercise physiologist Miriam Nelson. He also wrote a long-running, nationally syndicated column for The Washington Post as well as a regular column for The Boston Globe. Lindner’s work has appeared in publications ranging from the Los Angeles Times to Reader’s Digest, O, the Oprah Magazine, and the International Herald Tribune. He has appeared on numerous television and radio programs, including CBS’s The Early Show and CNN.
